I. Shipping within Germany

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Please note our information in the event of a partial revocation!

"If you have a right of revocation regarding your order and you exercise this right after submitting your contractual declaration with respect to a part of your order, with the result that the threshold value stated by us with regard to the purchase price not to be paid by you or to be refunded by us would be undercut, we reserve the right to subsequently demand the proportionally incurred shipping costs for the remaining part of the order from you. However, this only applies if we had already informed you about the amount of the shipping costs for the remaining part of the order before submitting your contractual declaration or if you could easily calculate the corresponding shipping costs based on our information before submitting your contractual declaration."   

II. International Shipping

For shipping to the countries listed above, we charge shipping costs starting from 9.90 euros.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases that the seller is not responsible for and that are to be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).   

III. National Delivery Time

Delivery time 3 - 4 days

The delivery period begins with payment in advance or Paypal on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.   

IV. International Delivery Time

The delivery period begins with payment in advance or Paypal on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. General:

All prices quoted are in euros, including the currently valid 19% VAT, plus the respective delivery and shipping costs.

After receipt of payment, the goods are delivered within the times and periods specified above.

If you order several items from us as part of an order, for which different delivery times apply (e.g. pre-order items), we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the entire shipment of goods.
